For the longest of time her dreams had always been dark due to the stress levels of that world combined all the dimension hopping but for that night it was all soft and easy for once. When morning came and her eyes fluttered open to feel his body still pressed against hers and her head still lying against him, she smiled. She lifted her head up carefully and then sat up as to not wake him. Her eyes settled on his blissful face and she could only wonder what he was dreaming of. There was an urge within her to caresses his face, hair but Rose fought against it, thinking he probably needed a bit more sleep, especially after yesterday.

Ever so carefully she slid out of the bed and wadded her way into the bathroom attempting to make as little noise as possible as she turned on the sink to splash water onto her face she glanced down to see her stomach. In her half sleepy state she patted it thinking it was completely normal. Or as normal as it should be for someone carrying what looked like twins.

[She's curious now and pleased that her distraction seems to be working.]

You don't suppose that...thing will be hanging about by then do you?

No, I don't think. They'll be gone by today.

They'd better be.

[Jackie.]

[She taps her head.]

[She tries to sound reassuring and then gets to her feet.]

You'll make it through, I believe in you.

[He downs the rest of his mug while Jackie continues to glare.]

[She stares at him a little bit longer than she should and just walks away into the kitchen.]

Did you have this...episode before?

[Jackie.]

She's not a raving lunatic like you.

[She leans against the counter and hears him.]

Yeah. Twice. It wasn't easy.

[He's trying to ignore Jackie glaring at him.]

[She looks away.]

No, it's fine. Just thought...I'd never see you again. But even with as painful as it was, sort of gave me a bit of hope.

[Now he feels guilty, and the thing glaring at him is not helping.]

I probably would've stayed trapped and alone in that cave.

[She gives him a small sad smile.]

Yeah, they were. Of course that's all in the past. Sort of got to focus on what's in front of me now.

[She glances at her watch.]

Well reckon you won't have to deal with them much longer.

They can't disappear too soon.

[Jackie shakes her fist at him.]

[10 settles back on the couch, getting comfortable.]
